Michael is a pure delight to communicate with. From quote to installation (few months earlier) he kept me in the loop always. Work was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. Such a joy to have a friendly professional, that doesn't mind if you ask the most basic questions. All were answered in a way I could understand. I would give 10/10 if possible. Thank you Michael.

Michael built a new manhole in my house as my roof was previously inaccessible. He was on time, friendly, honest and professional. He straight away, without my asking, showed me his HIA Registration and Trade Licence No. and wrote out a plan of his impending work. He was able to give me a rough overall quote but also detailed his hourly rate. I was made fully aware of everything before signing the contract. His workmanship was excellent with great accuracy and attention to detail and the end price was very reasonable. He was so friendly, honest, and up front with everything. I am so glad I found
