I couldn't be happier. Thankyou so much to all at Factory Pools for bringing my vision to life. From start to finish the process couldn't be simpler. All involved were professional, courteous and amiable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is the third pool I have had installed over my lifetime and I must say this is the best yet. Thanks again and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this business to all future clients.

As part of this project we shopped around for Pool builders, as we where on a budget we looked at price first, Factory pools came in thousands under the rest and we thought they must not be that good then so then we looked at customer reviews, Factory pools had lots of good reviews so we took the plunge. They where great from start to finish, they explained each stage so we really understood how the process would go and they put as at ease by happily answering all our questions. They do this everyday and we have done it just this one time and they gave us much needed advise. Each team of people

We built our new home with the pool as part of the contract with the builder. We had a good idea of what we want, but the experienced team at Factory Pools helped us to fine tune our needs. The worst part of the whole process was having to wait until the very end of the built, to see if we had chosen wisely. The end product met all of expectation, and more. Our thanks to the whole Factory Pools team, we will be enjoying our pool for years to come.

Called multiple time then finally i got a call and asked to send drawings. I sent the drawings but again no follow up, got sick of chasing and went elsewhere. Obviously too busy to give quality customer service.
