Patios
Our custom-designed patios provide durable outdoor living spaces that integrate seamlessly with existing structures. Available in multiple styles including gable, skillion, and insulated roof options, these patios offer thermal efficiency and aesthetic appeal while protecting against harsh weather conditions. Clients can choose from various colours and finishes to complement their property.
Carports
Custom carports protect vehicles from UV damage, rain corrosion, and hail while enhancing property aesthetics. Constructed using commercial-grade materials, these structures come in various sizes and designs to accommodate cars, trucks, and trailers while blending with surrounding architecture.
Steel Decks
Durable steel decks create versatile outdoor entertaining areas suitable for residential and commercial properties. Designed to withstand challenging sites and Queensland's climate, these decks can include optional features like privacy screens, handrails, and weatherproofing elements for year-round use.
Pergolas
Custom pergolas enhance outdoor spaces with stylish, functional shade solutions. Our designs combine structural integrity with aesthetic appeal, offering adjustable louvred options and multiple finish choices to create ideal alfresco dining or relaxation areas.
Commercial Structures
We design and build commercial-grade outdoor structures for schools, offices, and public spaces. These durable extensions withstand heavy use while meeting specific functional requirements, with applications ranging from shaded playgrounds to industrial storage solutions across Queensland and beyond.

Rick, Linda and Michael and the Sunstate team were fantastic. They responded to all our requests and were professional at every stage. The work proceeded according to plan, with some delays because of the present pandemic. We now have a most beautiful carport that we love. We could not be happier.
