I made an appointment with In Style Gates to come and service my gates. They informed me it would be a couple of weeks as they were waiting on some diagnostic equipment that would make it easier for them, would I mind waiting. No that's fine, I understand and can wait. So on the week of the due date I call to confirm...Yes we will be there after lunch on Friday. Great see you then I reply.
Friday comes, no one comes, they do not answer phones Friday afternoon, no one calls to delay appointment. So I call Monday morning....They know who I am an acknowledge that they did not turn up. So I suppose

Engaged with Instyle to replace a faulty sliding gate motor. Initial quote and install was relatively painless until new motor again failed just days after installation. The contractor attributed the fault to a safety sensor issue with the only solution provided being to disconnect the sensor which clearly isn't ideal but at least motor was useable.
12 months later our fence collapsed in poor weather in part due to the gate being incorrectly mounted to the fence rather than with the use of a support post behind the fence. Instyle although not responsible for the gate installation did not identify

We love our new new gate! My husband built the fence but Andrew from Instyle Gates was a great help and installed our amazing front gate and dropped past whenever we had a question or issue. Great service and very easy to deal with!

Requested a quote a month ago for one of my clients. I finally receive the quote on Thursday by email, followed up later that day with a text message and then a further email today (Saturday) asking why I hadnt responded yet. Not good folks, remember your reputation isnt what you say it is, its what your customers say it is.

Andrew came and installed new motors for our automatic gates when the old ones failed suddenly. This happened during the Melbourne COVID 4.0 lockdown. Luckily he was able to attend to us since we were effectively locked in. He did an outstanding job and got new motors installed, made sure everything was operating correctly and tuned our new controls. He was very professional and friendly and we couldn't have done better. Two weeks later a severe storm snapped the bolts holding one of the motors to the wall making the gates unusable again.
