Had a new shower screen replaced, but have used Mandurah glass a few times over the years for glass / bathrooms. Always easy to deal with, from reception staff to the trades.
Calls prior to arriving, to keep you informed how far away they are.

Terrible experience! Not one to normally complain but will never shop with these guys again. Ordered a standard dog door with toughened glass was told 1 week. It arrived a week and a half later and was the wrong size, so took another couple of days to fix it. A guy then came out a second time and wasn’t even put in straight. Then a third guy came… out to fix that. When we called to make the rest of the payment , we explained to the guy we were disappointed with the level of customer service and quality of work. The guy couldn’t of cared less, then tried telling me it was $100

Today we had our sliding door panels converted to fixed windows for the purposes of pool safety compliance. Thank you thank you to Brad and the team for an awesome and cost effective alternative to replacing the lot, awesome job 😎

Brad recently went to a lot of trouble to have a shower screen installed in our somewhat awkward bathroom in Falcon. The result is exactly what we wanted and we are very happy customers.
