General Pest Control
Our comprehensive pest control solutions target termites, cockroaches, silverfish, ants, spiders, fleas, and rodents. Using Queensland Health-approved treatments, we provide discreet residential and commercial services with 12-month warranties. Our technicians service walls, roofs, garages, and gardens across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast.
Termite Inspections
Thorough termite inspections utilise thermal imaging and moisture sensors to detect hidden activity. Starting at $200 for standard homes, our annual inspections include roof voids, subfloors, and outdoor areas. We recommend bi-annual checks for high-risk properties across South East Queensland.
Termite Treatments
We implement targeted termite treatments using Termidor and Kordon barrier systems. Our methods address minor infestations to severe structural damage, combining traditional techniques with advanced technology for Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Gold Coast properties.
Commercial Pest Control
Specialised commercial solutions cater to hospitals, government buildings, and international hotels. Our discreet treatments use eco-friendly products while maintaining operational continuity, supported by regular inspections and compliance with industry-specific health standards.
Pre-Purchase Inspections
AS1319-compliant pre-purchase inspections identify timber pest risks using Termatrac T3i units and thermal imaging. Starting at $225, we provide detailed photographic reports within 24 hours to support informed property purchasing decisions across South East Queensland.

Brad did our pest inspection when buying our property. He was incredibly thorough- providing both in-person handover and detailed report. Friendly and approachable, Brad was really helpful in detailing issues and also what would be needed to resolve them. I felt listened to and not silly to ask questions. After we purchased the property, we had no hesitation in getting Concept Pest back to do all the jobs needed. Prompt, polite and professional- highly recommend.

We have engaged Concept Pest Management pest contol for several years now and is always thorough with his service. He uses a range of chemicals that is pet friendly and safe. We have been so happy with his attention to detail that we hired him to install a termite reticullatiom system that was intergrated perfectly into a concrete job we were having done. He communicates well and treats our home like it was his. Highly recommend him.

Don't look any further, Brad is the best! Brad completed our Pest inspection for us a few months ago, he is thorough and professional. We recently had him back to protect our first home with a termite barrier. He explained the process and the chemicals, he also answered all our questions about the various creepy crawlies that are wreaking havoc in our garden. All in all Brad was a pleasure to deal with and we cannot recommend him enough!
