Warranty Terms & Conditions
Jim's Antennas shall provide a warranty on all antenna and antenna related equipment installed by the technician on the date of the receipt;. The warranty does not include any leads provided or installed to link the television, video, DVD, stereo system or any other device to each other or to the television outlet;.
Free Quote or Service Call
Jim's Antennas are committed to providing free onsite no obligation quotes to customers. However, there are some circumstances where a visit by a Jim's Franchisee is not considered a free quote but is a service call and there will be a cost incurred by the customer. The cost of the service call is explained to the customer on the phone or onsite by the franchisee before they commence work.

Security Licensing
The Jim's Antennas and Security group comprises of a number of individual sole traders and business owners. All team members that provide security services hold the appropriate master and installer licenses in their respective states. Below is a list of the franchisor master licenses. Installer level licenses can be obtained directly from the franchisee at the time of installation.
