Thanks Grant for re-thatching our Bali hut earlier this week. The long stretch of wet weather caused some delays, and I did wonder if you were too busy to get to our job for a while, however I am very pleased we waited for you guys. The thatch is really well put on... nice and thick and may be even better than original. Thanks again. Dan

Where the heck are you Grant ???. Since Taking our deposit nothing has been done other than CAD drawings - which was like pulling teeth, as well as requiring an additional payment. Have since tried to contact your office on many occasions via email with no response, and the telephone numbers listed on your website have rung out unanswered. In short, cannot get any response or communication from you
No Record of your Licence number, or your company,at QBCC or NSW Fair Trading. Come on front up !!! Thanks Grant. Today 6/5/21, I received full refund of deposit from Diverse Gazebos. Disappointed

We chose Grant & his team to replace our old thatch Bali hut roof. After some delay because of wet weather, the boys came last week to do the job. They have done an amazing job & were great to have around.
Respectful of our home & garden area, they cleaned the surrounds after completion of the job. This is something I find lacking with most trades & was thrilled with the result. After requesting three quotes from different companies, Grant was the only person to take the time to visit the site to actually view & talk about what we were wanting. Naturally enough we chose his company for the job

Great experience with Diverse Gazebos, highly recommended. We had our Bali hut re-thatched and it looks tremendous. Grant and the boys cleaned up so thoroughly afterwards it was like theyd never been there... and trust me its one messy job so this is no mean feat!! Always prompt when responding to emails and messages and super friendly to deal with.
