Mitchell Land Surveyors Pty Ltd have been providing surveying services to the construction and development industry since 2008. Over the last 11 years we have carried out thousands of surveys for residential properties including boundary disputes, detail surveys and construction set out for extensions and new buildings.
Detail Surveys
Report
If you are planning a development such as a subdivision, erecting a new building or additions to an existing building, you will generally require a detail and levels survey. These surveys should be prepared by a Registered Surveyor and if you are building works close to the boundary, a boundary survey should also be carried out.
Strata Surveys

Strata schemes are created upon the registration of a Strata Plan at Land Registry Services. Strata plans are prepared by a Registered Surveyor in accordance with the Strata Schemes Development Act 2015. We prepare Strata Plans for property owners and developers from small two lot plans to large residential developments and staged strata schemes.
