Brought a 6 seater chaise in October, the chaise failed on December 6, I contacted the store on December 6 and emailed them photo's like they asked. Have not heard from them since, absolutely disgusting customer service.

Just bought a 3 seater lounge at a reasonable price !! Staff lady Mira was very helpful explained how to put the back on when unpacked and organized delivery in 3 days time !!
