Super friendly staff all around. Every time we went to the showroom the sales staff remembered us by name and what product we were looking at installing. Installation team were fabulous, extremely neat and helpful, they made no mess and were very accommodating. Excellent experience from sales through to installation, quality Australian made product, highly recommend!

Great experience. Mr Stoves found a matching replacement air conditioner when every other store said there was a national supply shortage. Air con was installed really quickly for a good price with no dramas - highly recommend.

I don't know if it's the entire sales team at Mr. Stoves, but Brian, Jesse and Luke all came happily to my rescue the past two (VERY COLD) days when my wood heater stopped working. Whether it was an educational experience with Brian out in the workshop showing me why I was using the wrong wood (causing the blockage), Luke helpfully demonstrating how I might fix that on a similar model in the showroom, or Jesse on the phone reassuring me I'd put the baffler plate back in the correct position, each interaction was polite, friendly, helpful and most importantly for this poor tropical flower who thought

We couldn't recommend Mr Stoves highly enough!! The service was excellent and the A/C installation was done to an extremely high standard.. The installer listened to our thoughts and recommended a slightly different install location which has worked out perfectly.

Have had our fireplace for a few years. had a problem with the fan. Jesse at mr stoves was absolutely awesome in his assistance. got the problem fixed quick and easy. I cannot recommend mr stoves high enough. just awesome thank you.
