I booked with boxit, confirmed via only to have them not tell me that they weren't opperating in December. The time of my move came and I rang them and they said they forgot to notify me. I asked if they could do a box delivery only and I'd pay someone else to pack, they didn't bother responding. At the last second I had to organise completely new storage and pay for a removalist because they couldn't be bothered to let me know they weren't opperating, it wasn't a lockdown at the time and there was no reason for their unprofessionalism that cost me an enormous amount of of extra money. Unreliable

Filled out an online quote, sent a bunch of emails, called three times and only got through the 30min wait time once to someone who said they'd 'get the team to call me back to quote' never received a call back or any response to my emails over several weeks. Not really sure how you guys get your business?

I moved into a smaller place for a few months and didn't have space for every thing. But I new I would be moving again so storage was the best option, and Box It had the best solution. Loaded every thing myself into the storage box they brought to me and locked it. They picked it up and took it away. When I got every thing back recently (after finally moving to a bigger place) it was all just the way I packed it, clean and undamaged. Very helpful staff and will be coming back again.
