When your fridge breaks down you must call Roberto. Great bloke, honest, great quality workmanship, really understanding, covid compliant. Couldn't fix it in one day, went out of his way to source spare parts and came back to finish the job. He takes pride in what he does and gives honest opinions! Highly recommend!

Roberto is great and responsive. I called him on a Sat and had my home fridge fixed within the same day. He even kept me updated on his ETA and he did a very thorough job. Roberto is honest, responsive and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

I called to enquire about a repair for a residential fridge. The owner was rude, condescending and unhelpful. He asked me to send him a follow up video of the fridge and then failed to ever respond to it once sent. How is anyone supposed to use a service that wont respond to customer enquiries?
Edit to respond to owner: I understand youre not a call centre. What you are is a fridge repair service where one must call to schedule a repair. I called at 10 am on 26 Feb and followed up with several messages at 4 pm that day as per your instructions - the fact that you dont have a record of

Called Roberto out on Christmas eve, He attended within 2 hours and was able to replace a faulty fan in a 20+ year old wine fridge imported from the USA. Nothing was too much trouble and very reasonably price. Would thoroughly recommend.
