We purchased a display cabinet for delivery to Perth. The entire experience was first class. Unfortunately, the cabinet arrived damaged, through no fault of Echo furniture. It was packe professionally but was handled by a dodgy transport company. The guys at Echo committed to their promise of excellent service and issued a full refund without question. A pleasure to experience old fashioned service. Will definetly be dealing with then again

So helpful with an interstate purchase and everything was well packaged. All the items I purchased were even lovelier in person than pictured online so I will definitely be back!

Really amazing furniture, especially if you're bored with the homogenous and generic furniture in most of the big stores. The staff here are particularly friendly, welcoming and friendly.

Dear Oliver,
Thank you so much for you and your team's help in organising the purchase of the three 2 seater Biscay lounges. You were helpful through out the process of organising these to be delivered very quickly down to Sydney. I love how they look, they have given our deck an upmarket look for a great price. Thanks Again, Virginia.
