After 10 years of not being able to get some tv channels and having paid ''cowboys '' to fix the problem ,,, I finally got Coastline to do the job properly. These guys were professionals that knew what the problem was and fixed it in minuets , Very happy that I got them to do the job.

We were referred to Coastline Antenna’s by a audio tv technician who said they were very good. We’ll he was wrong - they are better than very good they are beyond excellent. Their knowledge and professionalism has no equal in my opinion, their standard of customer service is far better the 5 star, and Andrew is an outstanding technician and representative of the company. I live on the Sunshine Coast and my Mum lives on the Gold Coast. She has been having a tough time getting any reception at her Townhouse and asked if she should buy a new TV. I knew it had to be antenna related and after checking some Google Reviews picked out Coastline due it's proximity to her house. Long Story, one happy Mum. After using Coastline Antenna for over 10 years, I contacted Ross again recently (July 2019) to help me by moving my NBN cable installation point (I was getting an HFC connection in Broadbeach Waters). I was very lucky that I asked Coastline Antennas and not the NBN installation guy who told me he would not have gone into the ceiling void to move the cable and outlet point, so I would have been stuck with a dud place where it entered the house. I was extremely happy with the service i received today. I've had another company come out to fix our TV issues, only to be left with the same problems and a bill.
Coastal, quickly found the issues and with 7 TV's in the house, quickly sorted out the mess left by the other TV company. We have a central coms cupboard and they tided it and labeled the cables.
I highly recommend this company. Fast, reliable and actual the cost was less than expected. I think it's cause they can problem solve fast, so not wasting time.
