There is a sewer line along the boundary where I want to put my shed, but it is in the neighbour's property, do I still need to be concerned?. No, our sheds are engineered per the customer specification and site location of the shed. The sheds are custom designed for your individual use. The materials we use comply with the current Building Code of Australia; we use C Sections, which are stronger.

To reduce the risks of property and the general population, ShedSafe accreditation was introduced.
