From beginning to end we experienced great service from Peta and Gary. I am so impressed as we needed to postpone our wood heater purchase and we had no problem getting our deposit back. Guess where I'll be going when it is time to buy the heater? Downs Heating - 100%

From the moment we walked into the Shop Gary looked after our needs. He provided exceptional service and advice and suggested a well priced wood heater to meet our needs. Every step in the process was easy and professional and we even had a telephone call after installation to ensure we were happy with the wood heater. We Highly recommend Gary, Kim and the team at Downs Heating, cooling and outdoors.
