The guy great person the lady or girl what ever that is . Is very nasty helped a freind in need of help from being unemployed she was very rude not under standing .very poor customer service so i moved my friend to ez storage where i keep my boat rv cars and a unit very nice people there EZ storage the place to store never had a problem think of storage people out there think EZ STORAGE not guardian never . Again the gentleman that works there is by far a gentleman . The female is un professional

I worked with Rich to get a unit here during quarantine times. He was so helpful over the phone and via email and even though we couldnt' meet face-to-face I felt that he did everything he could to be helpful. He had great communication and fast response times. My unit was clean and he was kind enough to place my lock in the unit and email me my access code to give me smooth sailing.

I rented 2 climate control units. The first one to save my valued clutter. LOL and the second one while in the process of selling our home and no place to move to yet. The climate control unit keep your belongings in excellent condition. The buildings are clean and safely secured. Never have to feel uncomfortable going in day or night alone. . The buildings are acceptable from numerous doors. The hand cart in every building was a great help. Rich made the process very easy and reminds you of the extra things you're going to need for your move. Over the years I look forward to paying my monthly
