After discovering the website and that the main office is near my home I started using Easy Frame for my artwork. I’ve had a number of concert posters, signed band T-shirt’s and music memorabilia framed from the team. The management and staff are great, welcoming and the kind of customer service that has kept me coming back time and time again. The pricing is in line with the workmanship, just an all-round great business.

An absolutely amazing company! I asked for a custom design to frame my vinyls, they did an amazing job, I don't think I could find another business that could do it better. Would highly recommend them for anything you need framing. Their communication is tip top and their product quality is premium.

Frame arrived Broken. Called up and advised of the problem almost immediately and as told to send back. Quite obvious that something had been dropped on it / it had been dropped by the state of the box.
Was told by the Rob that it had been used - Which it hadn't as no screws had been inserted and that we wouldnt be getting a refund.
We thought we may be able to glue it in the first instance but couldn't risk the picture falling off the wall.
Poor quality and even worse customer service.
AVOID - You can get better quality elsewhere.

What a great easy to use service. We ordered multiple frames and when one was chipped on delivery, a replacement was sent straight out no problem.
The frames are nice quality and although I was nervous about doing it myself its worked really well and they look great. Provide you measure your artwork accurately you cant really go wrong with the system to choose the frames and mounts. The colours are as described and the "mid grey" mount colour is particularly nice with the 18mm black stain frame.

Ordered a custom frame for my odd shaped print and was really happy. The website was easy-to-use, great to visualise the output, frames were incredibly customisable and despite the current delays with the post at the moment due to Covid19, my order was delivered to me on time, well-packaged and as expected.
The frame is absolutely perfect and I couldn't be happier!

I've used EasyFrame a few times now and always been very happy with the products supplied. The frames are at the higher end of my budget, especially with the postage, but I always order frames from them as I know they will be an absolutely 'mm perfect' fit, which is a testament to their manufacturing. I will definitely be a repeat customer, as I used their black 15mm frames for my embroidery pieces. The frames are deep enough for two layers of fabric, mount board and an acrylic cover, which is perfect for my needs.
