Licensed Surveyor since 2001 after completing a Bachelor of Surveying at Curtin University of Technology graduating with a high distinction. I did my training under the two most experienced Survey Companies in Perth. In the Metropolitan area I gained all my experience in the Land development sector personally being involved in Feature Surveys, Subdivision Applications, Subdivisions and Strata Titles.
Contour & Feature Surveys

A Contour and Feature survey is a plan that shows the position of existing features on your block as well as heights. These plans are used by architects, engineers and builders. As surveyors we have developed our site plans to comply with these departments. Our plans also show the position of neighboring buildings to allow for privacy when doing designs of your new house.
Repegs
Report
This type of survey identifies the corner of lots and the boundary lines of your Lot. On completion of your survey you will receive boundary pegs in the ground and a certificate from a Licensed Surveyor. Our Surveyors are fully experienced in surveying your boundaries in the metropolitan and rural areas.
Subdivisions
Report
The Western Australian Planning Commission when assessing the development can take into account site factors that may allow you to subdivide the property if you are below the minimums. The Western Australian Planning Commission has provided a guide on lot design that may be useful. Read the Development Control Policy 2.2 Residential Subdivision.
Strata Titles
Report
Built form Strata Titles is the subdivision of land based on the buildings that are constructed. Individual ownership is based on the buildings and portions of the land that are to be used by each unit. There are many steps in this process to eventually obtain the titles.
