We recently purchased a lounge suit through Joel at Euphoria. This was after going to a number of competitors. The experience from showroom to delivery was excellent. Joel was not the usual in your face salesman. He asked good questions to establish what we wanted, then explained our options and the products, matching our needs to the products available. Joel gave us plenty time to sit in the various couches, explained features etc and never hurried us. He was brilliant to deal with. We also organised delivery for the next day. What excellent service this was too. Both men who delivered the products

Poor customer service, I was totally ignored. No 'hello, I be with you soon'....the staff member walked right past me and looked the other way after Id been there 5 mins and there were only 2 other customers in store.
