Critical:Professionalism
A guy came for an hours $250 consultation. There was no examples of their work to pitch the quality and professionalism. No measurements taken. 20minutes to turn up and we got nothing from it - very poor and a week later invoice after invoice chasing $250 - left scratching our head how this is good customer service.

We are delighted with the re-landscaping of our backyard including the design and building of a new inground swimming pool, pergola and entertainment space.
