We had a choice between Swan Ceramics and another tile company for our builder tile selections. The service we received from Mark and the Swan team was absolutely sensational. 110% Even though it was a Saturday and they were quite busy plus we didnt make an appointment, they happily fit us in and patiently spent the time to help us with our selections. They even gave us some tile samples to take away with us to help with paint and window blind selections. The tile quality and choice was much better than the competition. They also had a beautiful range of porcelain rectified in the same builders

Thank you so much to Sue, she was so helpful and made sure she showed us all the colour options that would work with our design and the style we wanted
She was also really helpful and understanding with my bored three-nager, even gave her some scarp paper and pens to draw with while she typed everything up
The whole experience and customer service was amazing and cannot thank Sue enough, I will be recommending Swan Ceramics to everyone

Went to European ceramics and stayed there for an hour feeling so helpless and overwhelmed, not knowing where to start. So glad I left there and came to Swan ceramics where everyone is super helpful! Margaret (I think that's her name) was amazing at giving suggestions and helping us with the decisions (I'm super indecisive yet she's so patient). Customer service is excellent. Would 100% recommend!
