What storage unit sizes are available?
Units hold 1-1.5 rooms of furniture or 140 boxes, with external dimensions of 2.4m x 1.6m x 2.1m.
Can I access stored items?
Access is available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm with 2 business days notice.
Are there weight limits?
Units can hold up to 1.5 tonnes, suitable for most household items but requiring distribution for heavy objects.
What items cannot be stored?
Flammable, hazardous, perishable items and objects over 2.3m in size are prohibited for safety reasons.
Is insurance available?
Yes, optional insurance coverage is offered for both local and interstate moves.
Do you offer packing materials?
Yes, packing supplies like bubble wrap and blankets are available upon request.

Overall the storage and service was good but it costed me 350 dollars extra to move a big book shelf that they refused to take on the moving day. This costed me a lot financially. It also caused a lot more stress on the moving day. The reason was a serious mis-communication at the beginning. I was told to make sure all my furniture meet the height and width of the box, which I did. But on the day they gave me some new information I was not given before. They said, even though the book shelf fits the height and width of the box, it can not be put horizontally and when put vertically it doesn't fit

Our delivery arrived today on time. Communication was excellent. The guys unpacked both our boxes in 32 minutes flat, they were polite and friendly. We could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommend the service speak to Victoria or Jaime for all your needs

Average enough experience. The movers were friendly enough, however I was not told that my beds needed to be dismantled and the movers refused to take it, hence this cause me so much stress and hassle. I would make sure you read the fine print and ask alot of questions up front.
