Services
Residential Pest Control
Our residential pest control targets ants, spiders, cockroaches, and rodents using water-based, odourless products. Technicians treat internal and external areas, including roof voids, with a focus on child and pet safety. Each treatment includes baiting and a 3-month warranty for ongoing protection.
Termite Control
Specialised termite solutions include perimeter barriers, baiting systems, and spot treatments. We use Termidor and Biflex Aquamax to eliminate colonies while protecting structures. Pre-construction and post-construction services ensure comprehensive protection against subterranean termites in Perth's high-risk areas.
Commercial Pest Control
Tailored commercial pest management for offices, warehouses, and food premises. Our integrated approach combines inspections, exclusion techniques, and quarterly treatments to maintain hygiene standards. Eco-friendly products ensure safety while complying with industry regulations for business environments.
Termite Barrier
Chemical termite barriers create protective zones around properties using fipronil or bifenthrin. Applied during construction or retrofitted, these barriers prevent subterranean termites from accessing structures. Recommended every five years, this method offers long-term protection for Perth's sandy soil conditions.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
AS1318-compliant pre-purchase termite inspections identify active infestations and damage. Using Termatrac and moisture meters, we provide 13-page reports with risk assessments. This service helps buyers make informed decisions while highlighting necessary treatments for property investments.
