Our chemicals are safe when dried. We advise keeping pets and children away from treated areas until fully dry (minimum 3 hours).
How long do pest warranties last?
Bronze package offers 12-month warranty for spiders and cockroaches. Silver and Gold packages extend coverage to ants and silverfish with 6-12 month protection.
What's included in termite inspections?
Full termite inspections check fence lines, subfloors, roof voids, and timber structures. We provide written reports with photographs and repair recommendations within 24 hours.
How to prepare for pest treatment?

The experienced team at Swarm Termite and Pest Control provided a quality service. They surpassed all expectations. I was in dire need of pest control and had limited time. The team were informative and extremely accomodating of my circumstances. They arrived early were courteous and efficient. I am truly thankful to both Craig and Cathie. They are experts in their trade and their professionalism exceeds all expectations. This was an extremely stressful time which was lessened when they were able to accomodate a late afternoon booking. Just got our house re-sprayed again after a year. Very happy with the customer service, quality of product and price. The spray lasted close to a year and it was only then we noticed more bugs/ants coming inside. Highly recommended, great value for money!
