Wont be using this company. After being spoken to rudely on the phone. I decided to go in in person. I was Ignored for at least 10 minutes and when I finally said something the older lady in there replied rudely and abruptly when i asked to speak to the manager she said I AM THE MANAGER ! Ill take my business elsewhere thanks

I was with Arthurs Storage for over 3 years and could not highly recommend any company more. Sal was wonderful to associate with and went beyond the call of duty when I locked myself in and with any problems I had she was more than happy to work with me to sort them out. Free trailer use was also very useful & convenient. Very secure & clean location. For me it was a 10 out if 10 experience

Stored our belongings at Arthur's for over a year and they were great to work with and the ability to use their trailer for free is a major bonus. Arthur's storage is clean and secured with friendly and easy to work with staff. We highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

I came in today and no-one was at desk there was a sign with a number to call, I rang couple of time but no answer
A lady called me back saying she was from Arthur's storage I had said that I had come in but there was no-one there
her reply was I already spoke to you
my reply, I haven't spoken to anyone
her reply yes I spoke to you,
mine was no I haven't
hers, yes I told u I was at bank anyway what would you like?
my answer was no I never spoke to you and you know what cause your so rude I'll go elsewhere thank you. I then screenshot the mobile number info and text it through to show I

I have been using Arthurs Storage for well over a year and I have to say what a pleasure it is when I have to come into the office, nothing is ever to much trouble as the onsite Manager, Sal is eager to please and extremely helpful. So much so that I recommend this facility to anyone I know, including my son and daughter in law who had to use the facility recently after the sale of their property, they were very happy with the service and the help and patience of Sal did not go unnoticed. I only wish that other organisations had the helpful and courteous staff at their "front end" that Sal provides
