Services
Termite Inspections
Our termite inspections utilise Termatrac T3i technology, thermal imaging, and moisture sensors to detect hidden infestations. Qualified technicians provide detailed written reports, identifying active termite activity and structural risks. This service is essential for property purchases, routine maintenance, and insurance compliance, offering peace of mind through early intervention.
Pest Control
Comprehensive pest control targets silverfish, spiders, cockroaches, and ants through interior/exterior spraying and roof void dusting. The 12-month warranty covers re-infestations, ensuring ongoing protection. Treatments adapt to residential and commercial needs, including vacating tenant services and emergency call-outs across South East Queensland.
Termite Baiting Systems
Termidor HE & SC baiting systems create undetectable chemical barriers that termites transfer throughout colonies. Starting at $2,500, installations include monitoring stations and ongoing maintenance. This method eliminates entire colonies through the 'Transfer Effect', providing long-term structural protection while adhering to Australian Standards AS 3660.2:2017.
Commercial Pest Management
Tailored programs for offices, restaurants, and industrial sites include quarterly treatments, 24/7 emergency response, and council-compliant documentation. Certified technicians address food safety risks, employee health hazards, and property damage prevention, with free site assessments and customised treatment schedules to minimise business disruption.
Visual Termite Check
A full property inspection identifies termite entry points using specialist tools, including Termatrac radar and thermal sensors. The $270 service includes a written report detailing infestation risks, moisture levels, and structural vulnerabilities. Recommended for pre-purchase evaluations and annual maintenance, this non-invasive check complies with Australian detection standards.

Top rated company!!!! Good appearance, very polite right on time. He has done all the work that was quoted with good explanation of procedure and attention to details. Straight away spotted the red back nest in roof cavity and signs of rodents, offering solutions to it and while I was freaking out of red backs he explained why were safe now, how dusting works. Thanks guys, you have a new customer!
