Bathroom Renovations
Specialising in high-end bathroom renovations, we combine functionality with opulent design. Our process includes material selection, waterproofing, and installation of ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles. Clients benefit from tailored layouts, heated flooring options, and seamless integration with plumbing fixtures for lasting elegance.
Waterproofing
We provide commercial-grade waterproofing for bathrooms, pools, and outdoor areas using fibre-reinforced membranes. Our methods include puddle flanges for showers and substrate preparation to prevent leaks. This ensures structural integrity and longevity, particularly in high-moisture environments like kitchens and pool surrounds.
Floor Tiling
Our floor tiling services use large-format porcelain and travertine tiles with minimal grout joints. We screed surfaces for a mirror-like finish and select materials based on slip resistance and durability. This creates cohesive, low-maintenance spaces that enhance both residential and commercial properties.
Pool Tiling
We restore and install pool tiling using glass mosaics, ceramic, and natural stone. Our process includes removing old tiles, applying waterproof membranes, and selecting slip-resistant finishes. This enhances aesthetics while ensuring structural resilience against water damage and wear.
Stone Tiling
Expert installation of marble, travertine, and granite for walls, floors, and feature areas. We match stone finishes to lighting and space requirements, using white adhesives for translucent materials. This creates timeless, high-value additions to both indoor and outdoor environments.

Sebastian has great work ethic and a right attitude to get the job delivered. I got him by luck as my scheduled tiler bailed out last minute in the middle of kitchen reno.
Seb was quick to respond with a reasonable quote, executed the floor tiling with perfection, kept site clean and turned up on weekend to deliver the finished product. Highly recommend this business for all your tiling need.

Sebastian recently completed floor to ceiling tiling for our main bathroom renovation. From very first contact, Seb was great to deal with. Answered all my questions, offered his opinion and professional advice. I cannot rate him highly enough. The work was impeccable, always on time, fantastic communication, never left a mess. He felt like part of the family while he was here! I have no hesitation recommending Sebastian..best tradie I've ever dealt with!

Sebastian and Jace have pulled off a flawless tiling job in our renovated bathroom. There was plenty of detailed, fine work to be done and they absolutely nailed it. From the word go when we asked Sebastian's opinion on the layout of the bathroom, he has been a fantastic sounding board for all of our ideas and helped us weed out the bad ones and emphasize the good ones. The lad's work ethic was incredible and when they came to do a day's work, it was like they'd worked for two days.
Professional, efficient and with finishes that I didn't think could be acheived. I could not recommend them

Sebastian and Jace tiled our entire house and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. They have such a high work ethic and care so much about getting everything perfectly completed. We were nervous entrusting such a big job with anyone but we couldn't have made a better decision. Sebastian communicated effectively and we were able to discuss all our questions with ease. He always consulted us when he needed input, instead of assuming because he knew we liked to work that way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and in particular to customers who are discerning, picky and want

I was extremely impressed with Sebastian's professionalism throughout the entire process. He turned up on time both days, and discussed all work to be completed with clarity. Sebastian completed a difficult job tiling around an existing toilet to an extremely high standard. I would highly recommend Sebastian for any tiling task.

We have used anumber of tiling contractors with renovations over the years. None of them can be compared to Sebastian Otley's work. He is creative, has a brilliant eye for detail and comes up with great suggestions. On site he works effeciently and takes total care of the home environment with relation to dust control and cleanliness. His tiling is fastidious and shows incredible attention to detail. He is just a great person to work with who does what he says he can do with a minimum of fuss. I definitely will use him for our next tiling job.
