Jemade Design and Construction was founded in the Gold Coast in 2009 by Kevin Ryan, who is also the managing director and company licence holder. Previous to this Kevin and his father, Howard Ryan, had plenty of experience as home builders operating another building company, Charm Homes since 1994.
