We are very happy with the final outcome of our second storey extension! A seamless process, from start to finish. Completion was earlier than expected all whilst staying within budget. I was nervous about doing an upstairs extension and living in the house whilst it was done. I didn't want to lose the character of our federation house , didn't want the extension to look like an extension and didn't want to over capitalise . With Capital building they listened and we are pleased to say our extension looks amazing, like it was always part of the house.
