My mothers chair mechamism stopped working after 2 years and the part to fix it, actually ALL mechanics are only guaranteed for 2 years. $500 to get the part and fix it. $175 call out fee. The General manager of this company Peter Lardnberg offerred no support after kindly returning my call which is disgusting. It's not acceptable paying $2500 for a chair that lasts 2 years. My mother can't afford to get it fixed at present and really this is a faulty product that snapped. Will it happen in 2 more years? Very dissatisfied with their customer service. The chair is comfortable and great when it
