I literally love the team here. They are always so friendly and sincere. This store is the most beautiful store to walk through, I wish I could have bought everything I saw!

Placed an order over 3 months ago and still waiting. The date for delivery keeps getting pushed out further and further. I don't believe I will actually see my order anytime soon. I feel like I have wasted months on this company, whereas I could have purchased the same product elsewhere. I had no idea that it would be such a long wait until AFTER I paid in full for my product. Clearly they have no surplus of stock and wait for customers to pay before they order the product. I would never recommend this company.

Beautiful shop with high end products. Staff very helpful. Ordered an armchair which arrived very quickly and I just love it. Ordered a cushion by phone and the lady sent a picture of it on the display armchair so I could check. It didnt go so that saved paying for something that I didnt need. Will definitely pop in next time were in the area.

Purchased an item online 5 MONTHS ago and it still hasn't arrived. The store has never contacted us to let us what is happening which just leaves us wondering and frustrated. We have called them repeatedly and always given a different excuse as to why our purchase has not arrived. They have even hung up on us and made it difficult to cancel the order. We understand there can be delays but why do they not call and inform us? Poor customer service! Don't care!
