Originally from the terrazzo industry, Andrew Negovetic founded Polished Concrete Specialists (PCS) Perth in 1997, when polished concrete was still a new concept to the world market. PCS have since serviced the Perth metropolitan and regional area catering to the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
