We are very happy with the final outcome of our second storey extension! A seamless process, from start to finish. Completion was earlier than expected all whilst staying within budget. I was nervous about doing an upstairs extension and living in the house whilst it was done. I didn't want to lose the character of our federation house , didn't want the extension to look like an extension and didn't want to over capitalise . With Capital building they listened and we are pleased to say our extension looks amazing, like it was always part of the house. We have been living in our upstairs extension for eight weeks now and could not be happier . Great company to deal with. Capital helped us with design ideas that took our renovation to the next level. We wanted high end and excellent quality. They sure did deliver this for us. Our Californian bungalow in Malvern East went from almost original to a four bedroom 3 living area home. The build was quick and all the staff were wonderful to deal with. Thank you to all.
