Bitterly disappointed with the finished result of the installed floor. We asked for it to work in with the existing floor boards, it does not. We also asked for, and were quoted for a satin finish and have gloss. We were given no explanation for the change. Communication was poor. Instead of cleaning up properly the work men dumped a gooey mess in the garden bed.
Did they assume that because we were seniors we would not notice? Quote Number QU-1296.

We had Crystal Floors come over for a quote and that process was very straight forward and quick. We shared with the team the outcome we were looking for (going from dark stained floors to light). We were very clear about the shade of colour we were hoping to achieve. They let us know it was achievable. We then organised the work to be done (cleared out our whole house and found somewhere to stay) and again sent a photo of the look we were after. The team came and did the floors and we came by on day 3 to see how it was going. I realised that the colour of the floors were was not the colour we

Crystal Clear Flooring gave us very honest & wise advise about best way to proceed with our 20 year old and slightly damaged Vic Ash flooring. Several other opposition flooring companies were opportunistic and overstated/over quoted the works, while Crystal Clear Flooring clearly had our interests at heart. Danny and his team are highly professional and we are totally thrilled with our stunning refurbished floorboards.

I just moved to my home and had requested for Danny and his team to install hybrid flooring. As I had huges sectional sofa, it had to be moved to another part of living area so that flooring could be fitted. My sofa was pushed towards window and after paying in full, they left. HUGE MISTAKE on my part. When I moved my sofa to where it originally supposed to be, i noticed a few of the joints not flushed. The ends creased upwards and when it is being stepped on, you can see the gap. I message Danny with pictures statimg that the guys needed to come back to replace it. This is in November 2020. He

Danny, Patrick and the Crystal Clear Floors crew did a wonderful job on getting my Tassie Oak floors looking absolutely fantastic after many years covered in carpet. The boys paid attention to detail and meeting my needs (am a little fussy). They also did a top job with the hybrid vinyl in the wet areas. Could not be happier and I highly recommend them.
