Due to a storm our fence was damaged and needed replacing. We chose Team work fencing and found them extremely professional and caring. They worked very hard and did everything in their power to make sure we were happy with each step of the way. There were numerous times where they would seek us out during the job to get our preference, and a number of times where we would throw a suggestion in and they obliged. Very happy with the outcome and way they listened.

I recommend these guys to everyone they were on time and very professional and trustworthy Im a busy man so at times they had to be unattended and I knew I could trust their work and efforts. They made my plain backyard look very stylish and Im more than happy with them. Thanks again guys

I understand that with all the storms as of late that every fencing contractor in Perth is busy. That does not excuse being abrupt or rude on the phone when a potential customer is calling for help. I was cut off mid sentence multiple times, asked to hold without waiting for an answer and then essentially hung up on when I said I couldn't wait till September for works to begin. Based on the customer service aspect alone, I would not recommend Team Work. You might be the best in Perth for quality of work, but certainly not in customer care.
